Junior Optimization Engineer - Chinese speaking

Our client, a leading multinational information technology services company, is recruiting for a Junior Optimization Engineer to join their team in Madrid, Spain.

Responsibilities

1. Serve as the departmental liaison, responsible for business performance tracking, capability development, and account management for the entire department.
2. Act as a bridge between local employees and R&D personnel to support problem resolution.
3. Maintain and manage digital platforms.
4. Gradually acquire knowledge related to optimization.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience is preferred but not required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Background in science or engineering is preferred, with strong logical thinking skills.
• Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
