Senior Backend Developer in Valencia

We are hypt, a young and striving Swiss Marketing Software (SaaS) company located in Bern and Valencia. As the first company worldwide, we help businesses to boost sales by unlocking the real potential of word-of-mouth. Our company is following ambitious goals and plans to expand its market presence in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region and expand into the US market within three years.

Tasks

• You work with the Product Managers and CTO to specify new web backend features.
• You develop those features using Python3 and FastAPI.
• You do code reviews and provide meaningful feedback.
• You enjoy working with your team.

This role has the opportunity to move into a lead position.

Requirements

• You live in the region of Valencia.
• You have at least 3 years of Backend Development experience.
• You are comfortable leaving your comfort zone to learn and grow in your role.
• You love to write clean, structured, and well-tested code.
• You are fluent in Python3.
• We say web-API, you say no problem. (You have a solid understanding of HTTP and how to build APIs.)
• You’ve made it this far, so needless to say, you speak English fluently.
