THE ROLE

We’re seeking travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in Bilbao - Derio. You will be the face of our company, reporting directly to the Branch Operations Supervisor, with responsibilities including ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and managing depot operations.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards and customer requests;
• Verifying, preparing, and equipping vans before each rental;
• Performing inspections and maintaining detailed records of vehicle conditions;
• Moving, parking vans, or picking up clients from the airport;
• Cleaning and maintaining all equipment, extras, and consumables at the depot;
• Transporting vehicles for repairs, maintenance, or specific deliveries.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A travel enthusiast with strong customer contact skills, preferably with experience in tourism, hospitality, retail, or car rentals;
• Eligible to work in Spain, with a valid driver’s license, and confident in driving campervans (mandatory);
• Available to work on weekends and public holidays;
• A responsible, reliable, and well-organized individual with problem-solving skills.
