As a Growth Lead, you will have the autonomy to lead growth strategies and act as the CEO of your market, introducing customer-centric, responsible, and flexible lending and investment products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and offline channels.
• Drive brand awareness through market research, consumer behavior analysis, competitor landscape, and emerging trends.
• Establish strategic partnerships with local influencers, media outlets, and organizations to enhance reach and credibility.
• Proven experience as a Senior Marketer in performance marketing, brand building, and customer acquisition within a regulated industry.
