Travel - Business Development Manager (French speaker)

Position Summary : The main focus of this role is to leverage your knowledge and experience in the travel or localisation industry to develop new business relationships and accounts through direct sales, from lead generation to closing and full account ownership, focused on the Travel industry.

Key responsibilities :

  • Create effective strategies to drive new revenue and close sales
  • Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities
  • Understand the capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of TransPerfect services
  • Generate leads through cold calling, research, networking, trade shows, and marketing
  • Educate clients about TransPerfect’s services
  • Present solutions via meetings, online and in-person
  • Manage pricing and contracts by understanding company procedures
  • Support customers and manage expectations
  • Quote, manage, and bill projects, coordinating with clients and teams
  • Maintain integrity and high service standards
  • Deliver quality work and exceed client expectations
  • Own your performance and responsibilities
  • Multitask and work urgently in a fast-paced environment
  • Treat everyone with respect

Essential experience :

  • Fluency in French
  • At least 3 years of sales targets achievement in Travel or Localisation industries
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
