We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our dynamic finance team and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, your main responsibilities will be managing a portfolio from an accounting perspective with the following tasks :

  • Financial Record Keeping & Reporting : Manage bookkeeping, bank movements, loan registration, provisions, and periodifications, ensuring accurate monthly closing and the preparation of consolidated financial reports, including SASAC submissions.
  • Intercompany & Asset Management : Reconcile intercompany balances and track assets, including derivatives and leasing, ensuring proper consolidation of intercompany transactions and alignment with financial standards.
  • Financial Compliance & Audit : Prepare consolidated annual accounts, support audits, and ensure compliance with CNMC adjustments, SII regulations, and tax / financing standards.
  • Budgeting & Approvals : Consolidate departmental inputs for budgeting, manage supplier and internal approvals, and collaborate with reporting teams to present consolidated financial data.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination : Facilitate communication across departments to ensure smooth financial operations, aligning consolidated data with organizational needs and processes.

Qualifications : To be successful in this role, you should have :

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working as an Accountant, preferably in the energy sector or a similarly regulated industry.
  • Intermediate to Advanced English language proficiency (B2-C1), Advanced Spanish language proficiency (C1-C2), both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Bonus points if you have :

  • Experience working with SAP Accounting modules.
