We are seeking German, French, and Spanish-speaking first-line support agents for our international Service Desk, where the working language is English.
About To Be Connected
To Be Connected is a Dutch family business established in 2007, providing IT services for retail chains. Our Service Desk assists customers when their cash registers or peripherals are not functioning properly, helping them via telephone as quickly as possible.
Specific IT knowledge is not required; strong communication skills are essential. Basic computer skills are enough to start, and additional training will be provided during your onboarding.

The First-Line Service Desk Position
Our office is open 7 days a week during store hours. The position is for candidates seeking 32-40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts scheduled within our operating hours.
Shifts vary weekly, with three different options per day, and you will work alongside other first-line support colleagues from our new office located in the Beach Trade Center Jávea, within walking distance of the beach.
