Responsibilities :
- Maintain and manage current end-user customer relationships and develop the sales pipeline to meet annual sales and revenue targets in the local area.
- Collaborate closely with overseas sales channels, assist in formulating business plans, and build strong long-term relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop key customers.
- Collect and analyze market trends, feedback customer and market demands, and promote business development.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in science and engineering majors, with overseas study or work experience.
- At least two years of sales or business development experience in logistics automation equipment, logistics integrators, or intelligent manufacturing; experience in technical support, planning, and design in these industries is preferred.
- Strong business perception, negotiation skills, resilience under pressure, and career ambition.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, and willing to undertake overseas long-term business trips.
