Your responsibilities and impact as an Inside Sales Representative will include :
Proactively researching, identifying, and qualifying new business leads
Engaging prospects through cold calls, emails, and digital outreach
Qualifying inbound and self-service leads to ensure timely follow-up
Promoting the use of online and self-service channels for customer convenience
Collaborating with sales colleagues to smoothly transition high-potential leads
Maintaining accurate lead and customer records in CRM systems
1–2 years of experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or business development
Native or bilingual fluency in German with professional English proficiency
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Familiarity with B2B sales and customer lifecycle management
Comfortable conducting virtual demos and using digital engagement tools
