THE ROLE

This role is a critical middle-level support position within the Construction & Procurement Team, based in Spain or Italy. It involves supporting both Construction and Procurement functions from project development to contract negotiations with EPC Contractors, and overseeing project execution for the Project Delivery Team and Technical Advisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and support the Project Construction pipeline across Europe (Iberia and Italy), LATAM, and North America.
  • Assist senior team members in managing the project delivery pipeline.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective oversight.
  • Lead weekly meetings with contractors to track progress, resolve issues, and facilitate decision-making.
  • Support communication and workflow between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Investment Management, Construction, and Procurement teams to achieve business objectives and uphold core values.
  • Support project delivery from initial development through to onboarding with Asset Management.
  • Contribute expertise for early-stage project development with internal and external partners.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or other European languages, both written and verbal.
  • Flexible team player with a proactive approach.
  • Intellectually curious with a willingness to learn and innovate.
  • Technically literate, interested in AI and technology integration.
  • Delivery-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and our mission to transition to clean energy.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in investment, development, or contracting within a project or commercial environment.
  • Experience in negotiations with stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively.
  • 2-3 years in project management, commercial management, or asset management roles.
