Are you looking to start or grow your career in the technology and software industry? We’re hiring Technical Support Agents with fluent English and one of the following languages: Italian, Polish, Spanish, or German, to assist with a project for a leading global software development company.

Start Date: June 23, 2025

Work Mode: Remote from Spain, except the islands and Galicia region.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience or training in IT technologies, particularly Cloud, Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows
  • Mandatory previous experience as an IT support Agent
  • Critical and logical thinking for effective problem-solving
  • Empathy and professionalism when handling customer interactions
  • EU passport
