Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements.
- Participate in the technical design of projects.
- Provide effort estimations for projects.
- Collaborate with the Omega team and/or the client’s team to achieve project objectives.
- Analyze and optimize application performance.
- Identify potential technical risks and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with technology providers when needed.
- Document processes and track system metrics.
- Validate and test solutions against business requirements.
- Train end users on new functionalities.
- Implement technological advancements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Generate technical documentation.
- Contribute to team training and knowledge sharing.
- Identify methodological improvements.
- Evaluate and recommend innovative products and systems.
Knowledge / Experience
- Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service development is mandatory.
- Knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, web services, and migration tools.
- Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM), Waterfall, and SDLC principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
