Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in technology-driven marketing and customer relationship management, focusing on innovation. We are seeking a Salesforce Field Service Developer.

Responsibilities

  1. Analyze requirements.
  2. Participate in the technical design of projects.
  3. Provide effort estimations for projects.
  4. Collaborate with the Omega team and/or the client’s team to achieve project objectives.
  5. Analyze and optimize application performance.
  6. Identify potential technical risks and propose solutions.
  7. Collaborate with technology providers when needed.
  8. Document processes and track system metrics.
  9. Validate and test solutions against business requirements.
  10. Train end users on new functionalities.
  11. Implement technological advancements.
  12. Ensure compliance with quality standards.
  13. Generate technical documentation.
  14. Contribute to team training and knowledge sharing.
  15. Identify methodological improvements.
  16. Evaluate and recommend innovative products and systems.

Knowledge / Experience

  1. Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  3. Experience with Salesforce Field Service development is mandatory.
  4. Knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, web services, and migration tools.
  5. Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM), Waterfall, and SDLC principles is a plus.
  6. Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  7. Excellent English communication skills.
  8. Salesforce certifications are a plus.
