Customer Support with Arabic (Interpreter) Dals is currently seeking Arabic speakers to join our telephone / video interpreting service. Do you speak English and Arabic? Then we would like to hear from you!

Who are we?

Dals is a language service provider working with Public and Private sector clients, such as local councils, universities, hospitals, charity organizations, and international corporations. We help non-English speakers access essential services, such as medical care, by providing interpreters of over 512 languages and dialects. You will provide accurate telephone / video interpreting for our clients and non or limited English speakers, enabling effective communication and exchange of important information. This is a highly rewarding opportunity; you will need to think quickly and demonstrate excellent linguistic skills. The calls may include, but are not limited to:

  • Medical appointments
  • Meetings with public officials
  • Legal matters and immigration meetings
  • Social services
  • Child protection appointments

This role is completely flexible—choose when and how long you are available. You simply log into our telephone and video interpreting app. As this is a freelance opportunity, you will be responsible for your own tax payments.

Any successful candidate must have the following:

  • Right to work in your country of residence
  • Qualifications / relevant experience
  • Security clearance (if you have one; if not, we can assist with this)
  • EU residency
