We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Producer to join our in-house team in Valencia, Spain.

If you excel at managing teams, coordinating projects, and meeting deadlines, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of the game development lifecycle, from concept to release.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, artists, QA).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in both Spanish and English-speaking environments.

Desired Requirements

• Experience as a producer, project manager, or similar role in game development or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of budget management and resource allocation.
• Experience managing external partners (outsourcing, co-development).
• Passion for video games and awareness of industry trends.
• Skill in gathering and prioritizing stakeholder feedback.
• Experience shipping multi-platform games (consoles, PC).
• Familiarity with QA processes and quality assurance pipelines.
