Role Overview
Drive the development and execution of organic growth strategies that align with Momentum’s long-term objectives in the European / Spanish market.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define growth goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
Client Acquisition, Development, and Retention
Lead initiatives to secure new clients, craft and deliver impactful pitches, and demonstrate Momentum’s unique value proposition.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for expansion.
Develop tailored strategies for upselling and cross-selling to maximize value from existing clients and new projects.
Work closely with creative, strategy, business leadership, and production teams to align client goals with agency expertise and deliver high-impact campaigns.
Liaise with global teams to ensure European strategies are integrated with overall Momentum objectives, fostering collaboration.
Act as a growth ambassador within the agency, encouraging cross-departmental sharing of insights and innovations.
Brand Development and Visibility
Represent Momentum at industry events, conferences, and within professional networks to enhance our reputation as a leading global marketing agency.
Financial Management and Optimization
Regularly review and report on financial performance related to business development, adjusting strategies as needed to meet growth targets.
Data-Driven Reporting and Insights
Prepare and present regular growth performance reports, using data to showcase achievements, analyze market trends, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven ability to lead end-to-end sales processes, including RFI / RFP responses, pitch presentations, and contract negotiations.
Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and managing revenue forecasts to ensure sustainable growth.
Experience managing complex projects and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent skills in creating compelling proposals, sales presentations, and business cases to attract new clients.
Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms.
Meticulous attention to detail, especially in financial management, client proposals, and project execution.
Experience selling creative work, focusing on experiential, content, and commerce sectors.
