We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Experience to lead our digital strategy and enhance our online presence. This role will sit under the global marketing organization and within the Marketing Operations team, reporting to the Director of Marketing Technology Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global web and content strategy, eCommerce optimization, and customer journey analysis. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive personalization, optimize conversion rates, and manage a team of digital specialists.
This position will ideally be offered on a hybrid basis at our Stratford, London office (2 days / week in office, 3 days working from home). For the right person, this role can also be offered on a fully remote basis.
