Traffic Acquisition Manager - Paid Media

to elevate our digital acquisition efforts. You’ll be responsible for executing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across Google Ads and Meta in five markets (and growing!). In this role, you’ll work closely with our SEO Manager (who previously managed paid campaigns) and report directly to the CMO. You’ll also collaborate with local marketing specialists to tailor messaging and creative for each market, while maintaining a cohesive global strategy.

If you’ve managed sizable budgets, thrive on data, and are constantly testing to find what works—this one's for you.

Key activities / responsibilities include:

  1. Campaign Management: Execute and manage paid media campaigns end-to-end on Google Ads and Meta. The bulk of the budget and daily activity is focused on Google—so deep experience with this platform is essential. Maintain optimal budget pacing and performance across geographies. Ensure tracking, attribution, and tagging are correctly implemented (in collaboration with IT). Manage relationships with platform partners like Google Ads and Meta.
  2. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Use data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Build reports and dashboards to share insights and guide decisions. Own paid media performance with a growth mindset.
  3. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with the SEO Manager to align paid and organic strategies, share insights, and coordinate initiatives. Build business cases for budget increases and growth initiatives based on performance analysis. Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, including C-level stakeholders. Collaborate with local marketing teams to adapt creative and messaging by country. Coordinate with brand, social media, design, and CRM teams to optimize the full funnel and support their needs. Ensure paid strategies align with broader marketing goals and seasonal campaigns. Provide feedback on creative assets and landing pages to improve conversions.

Requirements :

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads is required, as it is central to our performance strategy.
  • Proven track record managing medium to large-scale paid media budgets (>100K/month) with clear business impact.
  • Solid knowledge of performance metrics, bid strategies, audience segmentation, retargeting, etc.
  • Proficiency with ad platforms, tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4), and attribution models.
  • Analytical skills with Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
  • Ability to present insights and recommendations confidently to senior management and executives.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Passion for travel and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience across multiple markets is a plus.

Schedule :

Full-time, flexible hours (7.5 hours/day). 100% remote (with an office near Torre Agbar in Barcelona available if preferred).

  • Only candidates residing in Spain with the necessary work documentation will be considered.

Our value proposition: Experience a versatile work environment where you're empowered to lead projects and collaborate across teams to reach ambitious goals. Join a culture that values work-life balance, dedication, and inclusivity. Opportunities to grow your role as the company matures and your skills develop.
