Senior Data Engineer - Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer - Analyst to join our team!

The Analyst will be responsible for processing and performing statistical analyses on large datasets. The Analyst works closely with stakeholders to identify business problems and provide insights that drive decision-making. The Analyst also creates visualisations, dashboards, and reports to present findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Bringing relevant experience in Omnichannel analytics, analyzing data on customer interactions across various channels to provide a seamless, personalized customer experience.
• Developing and maintaining data structures to support the Go-To-Market strategy.
• Developing and presenting reports, visualizations, and dashboards that communicate data insights and recommendations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Maintaining documentation related to data analysis processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Tech, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in Omnichannel analytics.
• Proficiency in Snowflake, DBT or related tools, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills, a positive attitude, and openness to learning new tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of the Pharma industry is a plus.
