  • Responsible for all Growatt product technical support in Spain
  • Remote technical support for product issues via telephone calls, email, and social communication software or APPs.
  • Field services include onsite inspection & repair, inverter swap & fitting, inverter maintenance, and customer visits.
  • Collect product failures, output feedback on major quality issues, and coordinate with staff in HQ to improve product quality.
  • Work reports, troubleshooting documentation and comply with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Power electronics major preferred, preferably in the photovoltaic industry
  • Ability to learn multi-series products quickly
  • Spanish is mandatory
  • Adaptable to frequent business trips, hard-working, able to work under high pressure, and willing to contribute to the company.
  • Familiar with basic instrumentation such as multi-meter, 485 tool etc.
  • Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong ability to implement goals and plans.
