What you will do at ODILO :

• Design and implement strategies to ensure the stability, scalability and efficiency of the IT infrastructure.
• Oversee the administration of servers, networks and cloud environments (AWS).
• Supervise the Helpdesk team in the administration of internal systems, management of corporate tools and support to ODILO employees' incidents.
• Establish security policies to protect the company's data and systems against internal and external threats, according to the applicable regulations and certified by ODILO (ENS, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc).
• Supervise and manage the Devops and Helpdesk team in the performance of their duties within the infrastructure team.
• Work closely with Devops, Product and Operations teams to ensure an infrastructure aligned with business needs.
• Identify opportunities to optimize the use of technology resources and reduce operational costs without compromising quality.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve infrastructure and support services.
• Negotiate and oversee contracts with technology and cloud service providers.
• Prepare executive reports on infrastructure status, performance metrics and improvement plans.

The ideal candidate will bring :

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications and / or similar.
• Certification in AWS or other Cloud providers will be considered a plus.
• 10 years of professional experience in IT departments
• 5 years of experience in technical team leadership roles.
• Experience in infrastructure management
• Proficiency in cloud architectures, network administration and monitoring tools (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker, Nagios).
• Desirable experience in agile task management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc) and associated tools (Jira).
• Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity and international regulations.
• Advanced English skills
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Hybrid model (2 days a week in our offices in Cartagena and 3 days working from home)
