We are seeking an exceptional Sales Coordinator/Administrator to join our dynamic team on the Orihuela Costa. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, enthusiastic, with a passion for real estate, and possess excellent administrative and communication skills. They should maintain a professional appearance and be proficient in English and Spanish, with some real estate experience preferred.

Tasks:

  • Provide sales and administrative support to meet the needs of our busy real estate agency.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries, arranging appointments, and delivering high customer care standards.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be IT literate, and have strong organizational abilities.
  • Work independently and within a team, managing the office while sales staff attend viewings.

Requirements:

  • Confident, self-motivated, and reliable professional with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Presentable and interested in property, with previous real estate experience preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
