Spanish Support Center Representative - Portugal

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker from Spain.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level).
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Service focused on customer satisfaction.
  • European passport or work permit for Portugal (no sponsorship provided).
  • Availability to work rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, 8 hours per day.
  • High school diploma mandatory.
  • Two rotating days off per week.
