Capitole Consulting is expanding and looking for a SAP Business Consultant to lead and empower a multicultural team.

We seek a SAP Business Consultant with experience in SAP MM, FI, and Fiori to join our Business Solutions North America Team.

In this role, you will be key in optimizing and supporting cbFC (common basic finance and controlling) processes across North America, acting as a bridge between business users and the 3rd level support team in Germany. You will also participate in implementing new functionalities and improving existing processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Optimizing business processes related to Purchasing (PU) and Invoice Verification (IV)
  • Participating in projects to implement new SAP functionalities and improve processes
  • Managing interfaces like EDI820 and processes such as goods movements
  • Managing SAP Fiori workflows and approvals to enhance user experience on mobile and desktop

Requirements include professional experience in finance and accounting, international experience, business requirement documentation, interface testing, and stakeholder management.

Key Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in SAP FI / MM
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori
  • Excellent communication skills in English, including presentation creation and delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in an international environment
  • Proactive, organized, with project management and problem-solving skills
  • Focus on continuous process and system improvement
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills to interpret technical needs and resolve issues
  • Conflict management skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in teams with multiple stakeholders

Languages: English (full remote, occasional travel to Madrid). Schedule aligns with North American time zones: Monday and Thursday 9:30-18:30, Tuesday and Wednesday 12:00-21:00, Friday 8:00-14:00 or 9:30-15:30.
