Our team, as part of the continued growth of our business, is seeking an experienced Architect specialized in Hospitality projects to join our dynamic team in Madrid.

Main Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and delivery of hospitality building projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and present design proposals, including detailed drawings and 3D models.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and delivering hospitality projects in Spain and internationally.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully completed projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
