YOUR OPPORTUNITY

This is a unique opportunity to be part of our GTR Europe team and play an important role in our organization during a period of strong global travel demand. You will build deep partnerships across Bacardi at local, regional, and global levels.

You will add value by driving the Sales & Operations Planning process for the region, supporting Bacardi's growth ambitions and sales objectives.

About You

You are skilled at building trusting partnerships with sales, finance, customers, marketing, and leadership. You are structured, focused, organized, solution-oriented, detail-oriented, a good listener, and proactive in anticipating business needs.

Responsibilities

With our consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:

  • Manage stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customers, and Finance to foster collaboration and consensus in forecasting and the Best10 process.
  • Analyze current business, demand trends, and forecast future trends over 24 months.
  • Collaborate with sales to understand customer data and ordering patterns.
  • Lead the Demand process, including volume sign-off and ensuring plans are established, monitored, and reviewed for efficient distribution and stock availability.
  • Support the Supply Chain Director in the S&OP process and global meetings.
  • Align financial targets with sales plans, supporting financial cycle activities and risk/opportunity disclosure.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and business ownership at multiple levels.
  • Maintain S&OP tools and report risks and opportunities.

Forecast Accuracy

  • Ensure sales forecasts are realistic based on historical data, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and customer data.
  • Conduct forecast data submissions according to the global calendar.
  • Enhance forecasting techniques to improve accuracy.

New Products Introduction

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Innovation, and Supply Chain teams for effective product launches and supply chain simplification.
  • Manage Bacardi's value-added packs in the region.
  • Monitor launches, promotions, and product lifecycle information.
  • Align replenishment and inventory levels with supply planning.
  • Ensure forecasts are updated at least 4 months before shipment.

Inventory Management / Product Lifecycle Monitoring

  • Optimize inventory levels and working capital.
  • Address slow movers and depletions.
  • Identify risks and develop action plans.
  • Report issues promptly to sales and customers.
  • Lead product portfolio reviews to improve profitability.
  • Update global dashboards and system information accurately.

Supply Challenges

  • Manage supply constraints and communicate status effectively.

Logistics

  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics to develop an efficient supply network.
  • Implement supply chain improvements.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of demand planning experience recommended.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of operational processes.
  • Business acumen and understanding of consumer and customer needs.
  • Influencing skills across teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across geographies and cultures.

Language Requirement: English is essential.
