To expand our services within Spain, we are seeking a Sales Director with a proven track record to join our Spanish commercial team.

What do we expect from you as Sales Director?
- Lead and develop the Spanish sales team, motivating them to achieve personal and team targets.
- Lead by example by engaging in key account sales activities.
- Define and execute the commercial strategy to accelerate growth in Spain.
- Develop local and international business opportunities, collaborating with Spain-based HQs.
- Engage with clients at senior levels, leveraging your extensive network within the pharma industry in Spain.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operational units in an international context.
- Operate with an entrepreneurial spirit in a fast-growing organization.
- Be intellectually curious and eager to develop your skills within an international sales and marketing environment.
- Maintain a flexible working regime between offices in Madrid and Barcelona, as well as client meetings.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years leading a sales team.
- At least 10 years in the pharma industry, focusing on manufacturing or HQ operations across Spain.
- Possess a network of relevant contacts within QA, QV, RA, site heads, and GMs.
- Proven track record in executing growth strategies and achieving sales targets.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
