Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Madrid. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of project operations. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing project timelines, managing resources, tracking project progress, conducting inspections, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards. The role also involves expediting processes and logistics management to ensure timely project completion. Regular customer and vendor visits in Germany and in Italy will be necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, planning and execution
• Fluent in German and English
• Knowledge of the chemical and / or pharmaceutical industrial processes
• Skills in Expediting and Expeditor activities
• Proficiency in Inspection processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering or a related field preferred
