Are you looking for a permanent job in Southern Spain?

For our client, an Italian restaurant chain in Marbella, Spain, we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie - Hot Section.

Information and Requirements :

  • Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience in a fine casual dining concept, preferably Italian cuisine.
  • At least one additional year of experience in a Demi Chef position or equivalent.
  • Proven record of kitchen and staff management with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
  • Qualification from Culinary school.
  • HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols knowledge.
  • Upper intermediate level in English is mandatory.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

About the job :

  • If you are moving from abroad, you will be provided with temporary shared accommodation until you sort your own (up to 500 € per month).
  • The salary for this CDP role will be from 2,400 – 2,800 € gross per month for 40 hours per week + tips.
  • Salary is paid monthly.
  • Your duties will include food preparation and cooking in the hot section, including preparing food before service, setting up and stocking stations, cooking and plating food, supporting the Head and Sous Chef, maintaining high standards, completing prep work efficiently, and keeping workstations clean.
