Location: Wroclaw (Remote Work or Hybrid)


Key responsibilities: - Oversees all aspects of the process and product or sub-product.
- Oversees product update and enhancement lifecycle with emphasis on demand, requirements, validation, and securing business signoff.
- Participates in requirements review, validation activities, test case reviews, and user acceptance testing for functionality developed by the Program.
- Manages functional incidents and service requests through full lifecycle (through closure)
- Provides major incident oversight and communicates status to the business in a timely manner.
- Oversees SLA compliance for all workloads and re-prioritizes tickets if necessary.
- Understands and assesses the financial impacts of incidents related to disrupted product processes – assisting the business work through complex errors and reconciliations.
- Analyzes batch failures/errors and summarize findings in reports to the business.
- Advises and assists L2 resources as needed.
- Conducts analyses of lifecycle work performed by Product Management Team and IT to identify design flaws and realize process efficiencies. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. - 6 to 8 years of experience in a large business system environment, with focus in SAP Sales and Distribution (preferably for Professional service industry, using RRB process, PS integration, FI-AR Integration) with focus in SAP ABAP (with good knowledge in ABAP fundamentals such as Function Modules, Data Dictionaries, module pool, interactive reports, Class, BADI, BAPI, Enhancements, BDC, LSMW, etc.,). - Good in debugging sessions for complex scenarios. - Good Experience and knowledge in ALV reports, Forms, interfaces, enhancements, utility tools. - Good in code review per best practices with high standard. - Knowledge of SAP technical objects & functioning - such as Programs, API’s, Batch Jobs, IDOC’s, Query Builder is required. - Must have good knowledge and experience on SAP general configuration for SD area. - Should have good knowledge on Sales document types, billing document types and accounting document types. - Should have good knowledge on determination procedures such as Pricing, Tax, Partner, Shipping, Text, Output, etc. - Knowledge of SAP technical objects & functioning - such as Programs, API’s, Batch Jobs, IDOC’s, Query Builder is required. - Exposure to SAP Project Systems (WBS, WBS statuses, etc.,) with SAP CPM integrations is preferable. - Must have good understanding on SAP functional modules SD, MM, PS, FICO, HR, etc., - Good understanding on OSS navigation and OSS note interpretation. - Understanding of SAP functional requirement, conversion into technical design and development using ABAP reports, interface, conversion, enhancement and forms in implementation or support projects. - SAP certification preferred but not a must.
