Senior IT Engineer

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as a Senior IT Engineer!

What do you need to fulfill this job?

1. Certifications: CCNA / CCNP / PCNSE and other IT-related certifications.
2. Experience: 8-10 years total, with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience in IT, including endpoints (laptops/Microsoft), networking, and IT security.
3. Skills: Ability to perform in-depth analysis of IT services, lead solutions based on customer requirements, and maintain effective communication.
4. Responsibilities: Collaborate with department heads, provide quality service and support, maintain IT infrastructure, design and maintain network infrastructure, document configurations, and prepare reports on network performance and incidents.
5. Security: Configure and manage security controls such as firewalls, IPS, content filtering, and ensure compliance with standards. Respond to and resolve network and security incidents.
6. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows, Cisco, Aruba, and Palo Alto equipment. Hands-on experience in network and firewall configuration and BAU management.
7. Preferred Skills: Strong technical literacy, ability to analyze cloud, applications, and server infrastructure, team leadership, and excellent communication skills.
