Position responsible for assisting the leadership in all food and beverage operations, including six venues (restaurants, bars, beach club), room service, and banqueting. Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards as per the Balanced Scorecard, and meeting or exceeding financial goals.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in a similar role at a luxury hotel.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a large, diverse team.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Experience managing high-volume and luxury operations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and manage financial, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction plans for Food and Beverage departments.
  • Maintain positive cost management indices.
  • Utilize budgets to understand financial objectives.
  • Conduct performance reviews promptly.
  • Manage Food and Beverage departments (excluding catering sales).
  • Supervise and manage employees; operational presence across venues is essential.
  • Manage daily operations, understanding employee roles sufficiently to perform duties in their absence.
  • Use interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, support, and guide staff.
  • Create a motivating, empowering, and team-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement and service excellence.
  • Foster a learning environment emphasizing ongoing development.
  • Set specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish tasks.
  • Provide leadership, vision, and direction to align departmental goals effectively.
  • Set clear expectations with staff and recognize outstanding performance.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and respond proactively to guest concerns and complaints.
  • Ensure all employees and managers align with the brand's service culture.
  • Verify banquet functions meet standards and exceed guest expectations.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring quality standards meet customer expectations daily.
