Premier Research is seeking a Vice President, Business Development (EMEA / APAC) to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Attracting, retaining, and developing high-quality employees, including direct line management.
  • Leading and supporting Account Managers and Operations in developing strategic client solutions.
  • Managing key accounts through direct interactions and selling our services.
  • Developing plans and strategies to grow the business and meet sales targets, including new business development from transactional and strategic accounts, in collaboration with the SVP of BD and the CCO.
  • Formulating account strategies and tactics with Account Managers and therapeutic leaders, including RFPs and client presentations.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS with 12-16 years of related experience, or MA with 10-14 years, or MBA/PhD with 8-12 years.
  • 7-10 years of experience managing people or processes.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example and drive process improvements to enhance sales and efficiency.
  • Understanding of drug development from Phase I to Phase IV.
