Here at Labster, we are looking for a collaborative Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Product & Technology organization, reporting to the Vice President, Product. You will work closely with the Principal Product Manager to deliver exceptional VR nursing simulations that transform how students learn. This person must be based in Spain or the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Principal Product Manager for UbiSim to translate product vision into detailed technical requirements and execution plans.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of VR nursing simulations, focusing on technical feasibility, architecture considerations, and development timelines.
  • Drive the day-to-day execution of product development initiatives , including sprint planning, backlog management, and technical debt prioritization.
  • Identify and resolve technical blockers and dependencies to ensure smooth development workflows.
  • Define and track technical metrics that demonstrate product quality, performance, and scalability.
  • Ensure technical decisions are aligned with educational outcomes and technical best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes in collaboration with engineering leads.
  • Support technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Guide technical implementation decisions to scale VR nursing scenarios on the Unity platform.
  • Serve as a technical product expert for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Communicate technical progress and challenges to stakeholders in collaboration with the VP of Product and Principal Product Manager.

Requirements include 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in technical product management, business proficiency in English, a software engineering background or equivalent, experience with 3D / VR technologies and Unity, and a track record of shipping technical features successfully. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technical architecture, and agile processes is essential. Experience in educational technology, particularly healthcare simulation, is a plus. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are required.
