The Leisure & GolfSales Executive will be part of a highly motivated Sales team and support the Leisure & Golf Sales Manager in developing and maintaining Leisure and Golf accounts through different Sales actions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Market research : conducting market research to identify trends, and potential opportunities for sales and marketing efforts.
  • Sales Support : providing support to the Sales Manager which may include, proactively uncovering new prospects, attend trade shows, organize and do fam trips and site visits, ensure maintenance and development of contracted accounts in the segments etc.
  • Analytics : generate and analyze reports on sales and marketing performance.
  • Data management : maintain customer databases, sales records, and marketing materials.
  • Marketing assistance within Leisure channels : support the Sales Manager with marketing actions to be done through Tour operatorsand other third parties within the leisure segment.
  • Golf Events & Tournaments : Assisting in the promotion and coordination of golf events and tournaments by leveraging the different outlets available at the golf courses to enhance customer engagement and maximize business opportunities.

Requirements : SKILLS

  • Communication skills : strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for coordinating between sales, marketing and other departments, as well as interacting with clients and guests.
  • Organizational skills : the ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules and projects efficiently is crucial for the success in this role.
  • Administrative proficiency : competence in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping and managing databases is important for smooth Operations.
  • Team collaboration : the ability to work well within a team, collaborating with sales, marketing and other departments to achieve common goals.
  • Adaptability : the hospitality industry can be Dynamic, so being adaptable to changes and new challenges is valuable.
  • Attention to detail : precision is essential.
  • Market research skills : the capability to conduct market research to identify trends, understand customer preferences and stay informed about the competitive landscape.
  • Tech Savvy : proficiency in relevant software and tools for data management, marketing analytics and customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Languages : Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace and in the segmented markets : English and Spanish are required. German is a plus.
