Responsibilities as a Business Development Specialist:

  1. Attract clinics from the private sector with a management system designed to improve the quality of care for their patients.
  2. Advise centers, according to their needs, on the reasons why the Doctoralia management system is the tool they need.
  3. Manage the entire sales process, from the first call to activation.
  4. Be an ambassador of the Doctoralia brand and its values through your daily work.

Ideal candidate:

  • Speaks fluent Spanish.
  • Loves sales and has experience in outbound phone sales.
  • Is accustomed to high call volumes and exceeding targets.
  • Has attention to detail to follow sales processes.
  • Enjoys teamwork and giving/receiving constructive feedback to improve sales skills.
  • Has computer skills and experience using activity tracking tools (Salesforce, Hubspot...).
  • Is resilient and adaptable to challenges.
  • Is results-oriented and enjoys closing sales.
