Senior Manager Brand, Media & Lead Generation

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Brand, Media & Lead Generation based in Barcelona. This role is crucial in developing innovative strategies to strengthen brand presence, manage media channels effectively, and generate high-quality leads.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation Strategy and Performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract potential customers through media, digital channels, trade marketing, BTL, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with sales and retail teams to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the budget for lead generation activities.
  • Evaluate campaign ROI and recommend improvements, considering economic impact.
  • Use analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Brand Development and Management
  • Identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights to enhance customer experience through branding initiatives.
  • Align global customer research with local commercial goals, conducting deep dives when necessary.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve brand visibility and positioning.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure branding aligns with business objectives.
  • Media Planning and Execution
  • Manage media budgets and plans.
  • Set media strategies following regional guidelines.
  • Oversee content and communications in line with corporate brand standards.
  • Plan and execute media campaigns across channels, coordinating with agencies and partners.
  • Monitor media performance and adjust campaigns based on data insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging media opportunities.

Your Profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; Master’s / MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in brand management, lead generation, marketing, media planning, and digital channels.
  • Strong expertise in lead generation strategies and conversion optimization.
  • Deep understanding of media landscape, KPIs, and channel dynamics.
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution models and lead management tools.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to derive insights for business decisions.
  • Experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Proficiency in Office tools; PowerBI experience is a plus.
  • Customer-centric mindset and performance-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking, autonomy, and strong execution capabilities.
