Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Lead Market Growth : Drive strategic expansion across Southern Europe, achieving revenue targets and increasing market share for sustainability SaaS solutions.
  • Build & Coach Teams : Manage and mentor a regional business development team, fostering a results-driven culture and ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
  • Strengthen Client Relations : Develop strong relationships with key clients, represent the company at industry events, and position it as a market leader in decarbonisation solutions.
  • Collaborate Globally : Work with international teams across marketing, product, and sales to align regional strategies and share best practices.
  • Proven Track Record : Bring 5+ years of success in B2B SaaS sales (ideally in construction or manufacturing), including leadership experience and a record of exceeding targets.
  • Sustainability Passion : Demonstrate enthusiasm for sustainability and the ability to quickly adapt to industry standards and tools for low-carbon solutions.
