Analytics and Data Manager

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Data & Analytics Strategist.

The role involves gaining industry and market expertise through various projects, providing clients with benchmark insights, analyzing and developing proposals to support the sales team, and implementing mechanisms to identify and mitigate commercial risks during pre-sales.

Key responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting risks before project initiation, engaging in delivering complex and high-risk projects in coordination with Operations, conducting logical analyses, and participating in decision-making related to team development and performance.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, with strong skills in platform development, organization, time management, conflict resolution, and English proficiency.

Candidates should have extensive experience in business data collection, interpretation, process optimization, and at least 5 years in roles such as Project Manager or Solution Architect.

Proficiency in software tools like Talend, Pentaho, Datorama, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce CRM Analytics is required.
