About the role

This role involves dual responsibilities : Customer Service and Claims. Communication with customers is conducted via phone and email.

Key Areas / Functions

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients with life, hospitalization, dental, and bill protector policies.
  • Handle administrative tasks : respond to emails, manage reports, cancel policies, process claims.
  • Maintain good knowledge of the portfolio to answer customer queries related to products and claims.
  • Manage complaints in accordance with country regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and partners for improved service delivery.
  • Participate in call monitoring and quality reviews to assess team performance.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend enhancements to supervisors.
  • Support team members to achieve collective goals and targets.

Key Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience in Life Insurance products, claims processing, and customer service organizations.
  • Experience in complaint resolution.
  • Experience in a Contact Centre environment.
  • Ability to meet / exceed targets and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced level of Italian (native speaker preferred).
  • Advanced level of English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive and able to work independently, with a focus on process improvements.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Quick learner with problem-solving abilities.
