About the Role

As a Guest Relations Manager at ROBINSON, you will be at home in holiday destinations, inspiring your groups as part of the Incentives & Meetings team. You will be responsible for the entire banquet area, including preparing bids, reservations, executing events, and supporting small groups to unforgettable exclusive rentals. Your organizational talent ensures guests are well cared for before, during, and after their stay.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for passionate individuals with :

• Training in the service industry
• At least two years of experience in the tourism sector
• German language skills and good conversational English
