We are currently seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition Project Manager , who will report directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and join the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence . This is a global role that can be based in any of our offices worldwide.

About The Role :
Attached to the People Development organization, the Talent Acquisition CoE aims to define the skills for the future by implementing best-in-class processes, practices, and technologies. Your role will involve enabling upskilling initiatives, attracting, assessing, and acquiring talent at all levels, and working closely with other People Development CoEs such as Talent Management, Diversity and Inclusion, and Learning & Development.
You will be responsible for the design, development, planning, and implementation of Talent Acquisition projects, leading change management across Technip Energies' operating centers. Your tasks will include :
You will coordinate with project contributors, onboard the TA community through regular communication, and prepare presentations for senior management. You may also review proposals from external consultants and providers.

About You :
You are tech-savvy, curious about new technologies in TA, and possess a data-centric approach. You have strong knowledge of talent attraction, selection, management, and candidate experience, along with operational project management skills and intercultural management abilities. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
