Teleperformance Spain is looking for a creative, data-driven French Marketing Campaign Specialist in Barcelona.

What you will do :

In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help develop their first online advertising campaigns, with the opportunity to significantly impact their business. It is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual targets and be part of a larger onboarding team.

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC Campaigns for customers
  • Identify and understand customer needs and objectives
  • Increase spend, upsell, and ensure sustainability
  • Handle a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls

Requirements :

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent (MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus)

Can be a plus :

  • 1-2 years minimum experience in sales and/or online advertising
  • Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task targets

Additional skills :

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for pitching and composing proposals
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and business goals ownership
  • Team player capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Native level of French
  • High level of English

Benefits :

  • Full-time position (39h/week, Monday to Friday)
  • Salary: €22,785 gross/year + up to €2,734 gross/year in bonus
