What is your mission?

  • Partner with the project team to identify and analyze revenue generation opportunities for products and / or services aligning with business goals, and monitor the effectiveness of sales representatives during pitches.
  • Consult, train, mentor, and coach the sales team to improve revenue performance and overall sales effectiveness.
  • Assess business needs and develop coaching plans to enhance sales knowledge and skills.
  • Create and maintain training materials related to sales initiatives, including presentations, job aids, and virtual class resources.
  • Collaborate across departments to measure and improve revenue generation activities and sales effectiveness.
  • Identify and analyze new revenue opportunities supporting business objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least a higher education diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent in any field.
  • Preferably with 2+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in curriculum development and course material review.
  • Familiar with traditional and modern training methods and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and training delivery skills, knowledgeable in various training methodologies.
  • Proficient in English and the supporting market language, both verbal and written.
