Service Club is evolving into a knowledge and data intelligence company. Our platform, designed as a modular system with independent verticals (Academy, Jobs, and more), is interconnected through a shared intelligence layer, embodying principles of scalability, flexibility, and customer-centric design.
Key Responsibilities : Data Collection, Cleaning and Accuracy :
Gather data from various sources and prepare it for analysis through cleaning, validation, and transformation. Exploratory and Descriptive Analysis :
Explore datasets to identify trends, patterns, outliers, and meaningful relationships that inform decision-making. Data Visualization (Dashboards and Reports) :
Create clear and interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Generating Actionable Insights :
Identify trends and patterns across data and translate it into practical recommendations that support strategic, tactical, or operational decisions. Quality and Security :
Ensure end-to-end traceability, security, and quality of data Collaboration :
Work closely with technical and no-technical roles within the team.
Must Have : Datebase :
SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, Excel (advanced) or similar. Cloud Expertise :
Familiar with Kubernetes, AWS, and similar. Practices :
Agile, DDD, SOLID Problem-Solving :
Strong analytical skills to transform data trends into insights Collaboration :
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
