We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will consistently achieve sales targets and defined commercial objectives set through a strategic planning process and delivered through a process of advanced Key Account Management (KAM).

Your responsibilities :

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Implementing and managing commercial programmes and agreements to maximise sales benefit within key accounts.
  • Working within allocated budgets and the company’s processes; understanding and appropriately using pricing and discount structures.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the market and identifying commercial threats and opportunities through market changes.
  • Communicating implications and impact of commercial programmes to the company’s stakeholders including sales personnel, supply chain, marketing, and finance.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders when making changes to programmes.
  • Working closely with all key departments, specifically marketing, finance, and supply teams.
  • Building and sustaining effective and long-term relationships with key customers and internal and external organisations.
  • Acquisition of new business.
  • Adhering to the company’s policies, procedures, and GDP Code of Practice.

Requirements :

  • BASED IN SPAIN, WITH EXPERIENCE GAINED IN SPAIN
  • FLUENT IN ENGLISH
  • DRUGS SALES EXPERIENCE
  • VALID DRIVING LICENSE
  • MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE
  • Experience selling drugs to mainline wholesalers, short line wholesalers, and large pharmacy groups.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changes and new strategies.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customers’ needs.
  • Excellent listening and negotiating skills.
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work both independently and within a team environment.
