Senior Recruiter – German & Turkish Speaking (Based in Spain)

Location : Spain (Hybrid model – flexibility required)

Languages Required : Fluent in German, Turkish and English

Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent

Experience Level : Senior-level recruiter with strong RPO experience

About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Recruiter fluent in German , Turkish , and English to join our growing EMEA recruitment team, supporting delivery on our key client account, Based in Spain, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles and regions, partnering directly with hiring managers and HR stakeholders in a fast-paced and international environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and deliver the full recruitment lifecycle for a Huge Chemical brand across assigned markets (with a focus on Germany and Turkey)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and role requirements
• Design and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent in highly competitive markets
• Conduct market mapping and proactive talent pipelining for business-critical roles
• Drive efficient process management, from requisition to offer, ensuring compliance with client SLAs and internal RPO standards
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring all applicants are engaged and informed throughout
• Collaborate closely with internal recruitment operations teams and client HR business partners
• Provide market intelligence and regular reporting on recruitment metrics and trends

Required Skills and Experience :

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, ideally within an RPO or embedded client environment
• Fluency in German, Turkish, and English – both written and spoken
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Skilled in utilising ATS platforms (e.g. Workday, Taleo, SuccessFactors) and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment with clear reporting and delivery targets
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously
• Previous recruitment experience within the chemicals, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
• Exposure to Chemical. Manufacturingor similar clients is a plus
• Familiarity with employment legislation in Germany and / or Turkey
