Senior Scrum Master

We are looking for a: SENIOR SCRUM MASTER (REMOTE)

• Mandatory to speak Spanish and English

We seek a Senior Scrum Master to support our Scrum Team, assist the Product Owner, and help the organization build excellent products and services for a global insurance sector client.

Mandatory Skills and Experience:

• Higher education in engineering, science, economics, or marketing
• Over 5 years of dedicated project management experience as a Scrum Master, especially using Atlassian tools like Jira
• Managed multidisciplinary teams (systems, back-end, front-end, etc.) as a Scrum Master for at least 3 years, leading teams of more than 10 developers, and measuring metrics such as burndown, velocity, backlog management, and sprint retrospectives

Technologies:

Highly valued (desirable):

• Knowledge of Bitbucket, Git, and programming languages to connect with Jira tasks and understand the work ecosystem

Languages:

• Fluent Spanish
• German (highly valued but not mandatory)
