Job Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of client projects, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the alignment of client objectives with project deliverables.
• Provide strategic direction and advisory to clients, helping them achieve their business goals.
• Monitor and report on project progress, managing any risks or issues proactively.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing progress, results, and future strategies.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Ensure that service agreements, SLAs, and KPIs are met, and client expectations are exceeded.

Requirements :

• Language Proficiency : Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal).
• Previous experience in client-facing roles, such as Account Management, Project Management, or similar positions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing complex client projects, with a focus on delivering results.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and nurturing client relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems creatively.
• Proficient in using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
