Regional Value & Access Manager

As Regional Value & Market Access Manager, you will support Menarini Stemline’s future pipeline introduction by preparing markets in specific Spanish regions, providing strategic insights into regional healthcare systems, market landscape, and monitoring changes in market access policies and legislation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Propose market access strategies for regions aligned with local and global strategies, considering current health environments and regulations for Menarini Stemline products.
• Gather relevant information, analyze the environment and available data, and develop local / regional patient access strategies.
• Prepare regions and hospitals for product launches by implementing validated market access strategies, including preparing and submitting value dossiers.
• Coordinate access negotiations, ensure timely submissions, and follow-up with authorities.
• Develop advocacy plans, stakeholder mapping, and engagement strategies.
• Develop proposals for regional accounts to access Menarini Stemline's products.
• Collaborate with V&MA Director and team to establish and coordinate patient access boards or groups.
• Lead cross-functional teams in preparing and submitting regional reimbursement dossiers.
• Monitor environmental and competitor information impacting market access activities and update relevant teams.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with authorities, conveying Menarini Stemline's image and values, in coordination with medical and commercial teams.

Skills & Experience

• University degree (preferably in Health Economics) and postgraduate qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in MedTech, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical sectors within a high-intensity market access environment.
• Ability to review data, analyze opportunities and challenges, and proactively anticipate market developments.
• Experience with contracting models and knowledge of the local market access environment.
• Solid understanding of the Spanish health system across different regions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build long-term relationships with payers and influencers.
• Proven capacity to develop and execute regional strategic plans with strategic thinking.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and coordinate resources on patient access projects.
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse regions and stakeholder cultures within Spain.
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written forms; proficiency in English is valuable.
• Understanding of commercial, medical, regulatory, legal, and financial functions and their contribution to patient access success.
