We want to avoid the term “bucket list experiences in our communication, since we want to target a relatively young audience, but here we will use it for clarity sake. We’re launching a global movement that turns bucket-list dreams into reality—together. Think : “Strava for Bucket Lists,” fueled by gamification, social storytelling, and epic group missions.

We, its founding team have worked together for almost 10 year and after selling the company they both worked for to Alibaba Group, they teamed up together again, because they loved working together and they know that the team is everything in making a start-up successful. Now we’re looking for a Head of Community to join our founding team—a world-class Tribe Builder who lives for connection, culture, and contagious momentum. If you've built a magnetic, mission-driven community before and know how to make users feel seen, inspired, and part of something bigger, we want you.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

• Ignite the Tribe : Strategically lead community growth from 0 to 1M+ legends. You’ll own onboarding, engagement, retention, and referrals—this tribe is your playground.
• Create Unshakable Culture : Define and evolve our community tone, rituals, content formats, and “Legends DNA.” Make the culture viral, inclusive, and unforgettable.
• Run Experience-Led Activations : Design and execute epic online / offline events, challenges, and group experiences that embody the Legends spirit.
• Foster Creator Energy : Cultivate power users, brand evangelists, and local chapter leaders. Help them shine—and scale their impact.
• Be the Voice of the Tribe : Feed product and marketing teams with qualitative insights from the front lines. You are the pulse.

You Might Be a Fit If...

• You’ve successfully built or scaled a thriving community from scratch—think 100k+ members with real engagement.
• You have a background in experience marketing, travel, adventure, or creator brands —and you love turning moments into movement.
• You understand virality, gamification, and growth loops better than most marketers.
• You’ve led community operations , including content calendars, engagement metrics, ambassador programs, and event planning.
• You’re not just strategic—you love rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.
• You thrive in chaos, move fast, and have that founder mindset of building with ownership and intensity.
